My Submerged Hand

Capturing my hand while it's submerged in water has elicited many thoughts and emotions once gazed upon. It has a stillness and sombre feel to it created from the sound of the trickling water almost echoing through the image; then the question of why a hand would be static and still in the midst of a trickling stream. The image will be used for inspiration towards the 'beautiful scars' work.
